As we don’t build instruments ‘for the stock’, you can get a tamburitza or any other instrument of our manufacture exclusively by placing an order - therefore don’t hesitate to contact us by e-mail, fax or phone. We are at your full disposal to discuss the model, choice of wood, a version of decoration and fitting… to personalise the instrument according to your wishes and demands concerning acoustic performance, playability, appearance and layout - to make it the one of your dreams. 

              Every our instrument leaves the workshop with the 'Stjepan M. Gilg' Certificate of Quality, including Declaration of Authenticity with technical specification and Limited for Life Warrant. 

           Upon placement of order and formation of price, we define delivery terms and way of payment; a new instrument you can collect at our workshop, or arrange for its transportation through a forwarding/delivery company (parcel service) by your choice and at your cost. 
 

Warrant

             Our Limited for Life Warrant covers the luthier’s confirmation on immaculate quality of construction material and additional parts, same as of the building procedure, that exclude any deviation from the highest manufacture standards or insufficient quality of materials and parts used. The workshop, therefore, assumes obligation to carry out every possible repair or replacement of a damaged part or instrument as a whole, unless caused by owner’s negligence or other causes with no reference to builder’s work.  

             This Warrant is valid exclusively for instruments in possession of the first owner and expires at the moment of a possible sale of instrument to another person. Also excluded from this Warrant are damages caused by a regular years-long use of instrument, those caused by its exposure to excessive changes of air temperature or humidity, other natural factors, accidents or disasters, by rude manipulation and intentional or casual damage.
